Refund Policy

Northkom offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout.
- Email us at hello@northkom.com and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Renewals
Refund requests on renewal charges are reviewed case by case. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe a renewal was charged in error.
This policy supplements Paddle's Refund Policy, which also applies to your purchase.
