1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Northkom ("Northkom", "we", "us"), including the RealtyAI platform and related websites (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, authorized to bind it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you may not: (a) use it unlawfully, for fraud or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) interfere with security, attempt to probe, scan, scrape or reverse engineer the Service; (d) upload malware; or (e) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

4. Intellectual property

Northkom retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, models, prompts, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

6. Payments, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account or via paddle.net.

7. AI outputs

The Service uses AI models to generate responses to end users. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional, legal, financial or regulated advice without human oversight. You are responsible for your prompts, your configuration, and for verifying outputs before acting on them.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will provide a reasonable window to export your data where feasible.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees paid by you to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Northkom is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
